This site is run for The Brothers Tournament, an annual golf tournament organized by Bob McMillin. Tiny Mammoth builds and hosts the site on the organizer's behalf.

What we collect

Names, phone numbers, email addresses, congregation, and handicap estimate that you enter on the sign-up form; photos and captions you upload to the gallery; the payment notices the organizer receives from PayPal or Zelle so he can mark your team paid.

How we use it

To run the tournament (roster, pairings, flights), to text you tournament updates if you opted in, to match payments to teams, and to show the photo gallery. We don't sell it or share it outside the tournament's organizers.

Only if you checked the box. Reply STOP to any message to stop. Message and data rates may apply.

Where it lives

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Tiny Mammoth's account, kept through the following year's tournament unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Ask the organizer to correct or delete your team's information. Ask to have a photo taken down.
